Our client, a well-established hospitality group in Liverpool, is seeking skilled Chefs to join their busy kitchens. Opportunities are available at Commis Chef, Line Chef, and Chef de Partie levels. This role is ideal for passionate culinary professionals who thrive in fast-paced kitchen environments and are dedicated to delivering high-quality food and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and hygiene standards.
- Assist with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workstations.
- Monitor food stock levels and minimise waste.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams during busy service periods.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A passion for cooking and attention to detail.
- Culinary qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
