Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to managers and operational teams.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and office documentation.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and organise office activities.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and suppliers as needed.
- Assist with onboarding and support of new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data protection regulations.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and professional attitude.
- Experience in logistics, corporate, or office administration is an advantage.
