Administrative Coordinator / Office Administrator

Job Description

Our client, a well-respected and forward-thinking organization known for fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations by supporting teams with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to managers and staff, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with appointment coordination.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other enquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist with reports, spreadsheets, and internal documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and clients when necessary.
  • Support office operations and maintain a tidy, organised workspace.
  • Assist with onboarding and support of new staff members.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
  • Experience in a logistics, corporate, or customer-focused environment is a plus.
