Key Responsibilities
● Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and general enquiries.
● Support baggage handling and ensure proper loading/unloading of luggage.
● Provide guidance to passengers regarding airport facilities, security procedures, and flight information.
● Monitor safety and security compliance within operational areas.
● Liaise with airline staff, ground handling teams, and airport management.
● Ensure public areas, lounges, and waiting areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
● Respond promptly to operational issues or passenger requests.
● Assist with administrative and reporting tasks as required.
Skills & Experience Required
● Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airport operations preferred but not essential.
● Strong communication skills in English; German is highly advantageous.
● Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
● Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
● Physically able to handle walking, standing, and occasional lifting.
● Reliability, punctuality, and adherence to safety and security protocols.
