This hands-on role involves assembling, inspecting, and packaging products, contributing directly to efficient operations. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products or components accurately according to company specifications.
- Inspect items for quality and report defects.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely, following standard operating procedures.
- Pack finished products securely for storage or shipping.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Record production output and report daily performance.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock organization when required.
- Follow health, safety, and quality regulations at all times.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous factory or production experience preferred but not essential.
- Physically fit to perform standing, bending, and lifting tasks.
- Attention to detail and high-quality work standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic IT skills are a plus for recording production data.
