1. Picking & Packing Operative

• Pick items accurately using pick lists or handheld scanners.
• Pack goods securely for dispatch according to company standards.
• Label parcels correctly and prepare orders for shipment.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

2. Goods In / Goods Out Operative

• Receive incoming deliveries and check goods against delivery notes.
• Inspect items for damage and report discrepancies.
• Organise stock for storage or dispatch.
• Load and unload vehicles safely.

3. Inventory / Stock Control Operative

• Maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Support inventory accuracy and reporting.

4. Forklift / MHE Operator (if applicable)

• Operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment safely.
• Move goods within the warehouse efficiently.
• Stack and store products in designated areas.
• Carry out daily equipment checks.

5. Returns Processing Operative

• Process returned items and assess their condition.
• Update systems and arrange restocking or disposal.
• Ensure returns are handled efficiently and accurately.
